Brad has gotten me out of a jam twice now - thanks Brad so glad I met you! Great job and nice guy and he does an excellent job. Too bad for inflated economy kind of expensive to power wash but hey gas and everything is up. I’d cal Brad over anyone else. Appreciate the discount Brad I know gas is expensive for everyone. Good and gentle. Good because my drive looks better than it has in 20 years. Acorn stains from tall oaks have vanished. Those same oaks shaded my roof, causing an unsightly stain. Brad removed it - gently, leaving my shingles unharmed. Pool enclosure looks like new. Heartily recommended.

Our appointment was scheduled a month in advance. Who knew a hurricane was arriving that evening. Brad was at our home at the scheduled time. I purchased my manufactured home almost two years ago to the day. I purchased my home in deplorable condition. I was in dire need of someone to help me reverse 30 years worth of neglect. I met with Brad to quote a power wash on my manufactured home. First impressions are everything with me. He arrived on time! This is HUGE for me as I am a very busy 9 - 5 guy with little time to spare. Brad is very professional & direct to the point. He offered helpful tips on how to improve on the services that I was looking for. After our brief 15 minute conversation, I was sold! I stopped shopping for alternate quotes. I felt that my quote was more than fair for the services we agreed on. Brad arrived 15 minutes early on the day of his service. Again, very professional and direct to the point. My gutters were a complete disaster. Brad did a perfect job with cleaning out my gutters so that my gutters can actually do their job. Brad pressure washed my manufactured home. The outside of my home was flat out filthy! I had mold, mildew ect all over the north side of my home. The rest of my home was just plain old dirt & filth. After Brad finished with my home, it shines like a diamond!! The results are night and day!! Brad pressure washed my driveway. Highly recommended! Brad did an amazing job removing embedded vegetation from the gutters of my metal building. I had vines, 24" ferns, and even small pine trees, growing in the gutters that were filled with decayed leaves and dirt.
